Company Name:  Fidelity National Financial

Interview Date:18^th March, 2019

Reporting Time:   Will be conveyed over e-mail of the learners (as specified in the registration form).

Venue of Interview: GUIDOL building

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Good typing skills (in English) with a typing speed of 30 WPM and accuracy of greater than 90%
• Good decision making and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of MS Office tools
• Flexible to work in shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders through the online portal

1. Collate the necessary documents using various applications
2. Verify and update the information as required
3. Enter information as per the data in the applications

• Modify and correct techniques as per the feedback/training received from supervisors or the quality team
• Adhere to the productivity, quality and timelines standards defined to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with no penalty

Interview Process:

      The interview process comprises of the below levels

• 2-minute typing test
• Aptitude Test (cut off: 12/20)
• HR interview round
• Operational interview round
